As we drove from Tuscany to Innsbruck, we decided to make a scenic detour and visit Lake Garda. The lake is nestled amongst the Italian Alps in Northern Italy. Lake Garda is Italy's largest lake and a popular vacation destination.
When we arrived, it was very windy over the lake, which had been conquered by dozens of windsurfers. We spend the afternoon taking pictures of the beautiful scenery and having lunch in the cute little town. Everyone agreed that Lake Garda would be a good destination to return to someday when we'd have more time to spend.
